ResponsibilitiesGenerate Employee's Monthly Attendance in the Biometric SystemTransfer Input of Daily Time Record from the Bio Metrics System to Company's Record System,export to excel format and send to main office for payroll reference in Computation.Monitor late in and Absences of the EmployeesUpdate filed leaves record of the EmployeesMonitor and Update Vacation and Sick Leaves of Employees.Assist Walk-in Applicants,Scheduled/Short-listed Applicants for Exam and Interview.Conduct/Give Exams to the applicants depending to their position applied for.Resume Search or Find from the Company's Source Applicants for the client company's needs.Assist Applicants with their Pre- Employment Requirements.Issue Medical referral and give proper instruction for the exam's procedure.Verify Legal Documents and Clearances submitted by the candidate.
