Coordinated print, TV and radio advertising, community image survey, development of all marketing materials including annual reports, brochures and quarterly newsletter. Handled all customer satisfaction surveying of patients and nursing home residents. Led all new employee training on customer service. Senior Leader liaison for the Volunteer Department and Dietary Department of the facility.
