Senior level administration. I direct all aspects of the medical practice through team building and collaboration with physicians, providers and staff. My responsibilities include operations, workflow improvement, financial management, human resources, information technology and electronic health records, organizational governance, patient care systems and quality management. I have developed provider compensation packages to maximize provider satisfaction and ensure financial stability. I successfully led the practice to the full use of an electronic medical record and achieved CMS Meaningful Use, Stage 2. I continue to lead in practice transformation which has resulted in the practice being recognized by the NCQA as a level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. We continue to embrace continuous quality improvement and population management. I represent the practice on several committees of the region’s Accountable Care Organization including Contracting and Finance and Health Information Technology. I act as a liaison for the practice to local health care facilities which has improved communication and the overall patient experience.
