Moxie Mobility Training, LLC (MMT) offers in-home or virtual personal training, home modification consulting, acts as a liaison to community resources and more! We are located in the Southcoast of Massachusetts. Our Circuit Training & Balance Class is a must for people with mobility issues to improve balance, coordination, strength and endurance; especially individuals in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Over 55 Communities. You can find us at a local Council on Aging or the YMCA. The therapy-based education and trainings we provide improve quality of life for our clients and their caregivers. As a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2012, I have clinical experience from Inpatient to Outpatient and am working per diem for Community Nurse Home Care to keep in tune with current Physical Therapy practices. MMT Guides are trained in COVID-19 recovery and we are passionate about helping you achieve your health goals.
