I teach private lessons as well as assist with group lessons and instructor training under supervision. I hold a level 2 USA Archery instructor certification.

Member of the board and volunteer at Woodley Park Archers, a not for profit. We are run by volunteers and provide the public with free use of the range as well as weekly low cost classes. We host open events like swap meets to support the community and hold private classes for certain populations like a monthly VA group. Most of the maintenance and all of the improvements are done by the board and other volunteers.

Worked both solo and with a co-therapist with clients in person and via telehealth. Worked with adults, children, families, and couples and those struggling with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, adjustment, grief, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and ASD.
