Verizon – (ACS/Innova Solutions Contracting Agency) Enterprise Risk – Third Party Risk Management Analyst - REMOTE June 2021 – December 2023 ▪ Managed a comprehensive vendor risk analysis portfolio for over 20,000 vendors at Verizon, enhancing compliance with key areas including, HIPAA, Business Continuity, Information Security, Supply Chain Risk Management, Privacy Domestic and International, E-Waste, and Physical Security. As well as ensuring internal risk areas such as ABAC, FHA, Global Security, Sanctions, Financials, etc. completed accurately, while significantly boosting Verizon’s adherence to industry and international standards.▪ Collaborated with the Business Project Leads and Sourcing partners to ensure risk analysis was evaluated before approval of any individual engagement for each supplier, or vendor.▪ Managed special projects as assigned and identified in the department, such as Purchase Orders, Sanctions, Supplier Contact Analysis, Non-Sourcing requests, Retirement requests, Due Diligence Questionnaires, and Inherent Risk Questionnaires.▪ Facilitated calls with Executives to discuss analysis results with Business Project Leads, Risk Experts, and Sourcing partners to ensure compliance with any outstanding Quality Assurance, Issues Management, and compliance concerns.▪ Coordinated with IT team members to ensure that system analysis was accurate and consistent amongst all 20,000 Vendors in Archer system of record. Administered weekly test scripts to determine gaps in processes and provided solutions to IT team from the end-users.
