As an Account Manager II, I have an increased client portfolio and have taken on new internal responsibilities. Together with the Account Team, I ensure our clients are maximizing the value they get from their partnership with Press Ganey.Internally, I assist in a few select training sessions for new hires to our department. Being a member of multiple Subject Matter Expert groups allows me to have a voice in various changes made throughout our processes.

South Bend, Indiana Area

As an Account Manager, I work with clients to help them with their day to day account maintenance tasks, such as, updating their surveys and cover letters, changing their reporting options by ensuring their units/specialties are correctly defined and reported, and making sure their sampling percentages and monthly maxes are set appropriately to meet their organization’s goals of surveys returned/reported. I also work to ensure clients are maximizing the value they get from their partnership with Press Ganey.

Loft

I used my communication and customer service skills to obtain the desired products for customers. In retail there is a constant need for accomplishing several tasks in one shift. My ability to multitask and manage time allowed me to meet the expectations of my managers. As a Sales Associate, I assisted in organizing the new products for each floor set.

Our Lady Of Hungary School

Used organization skills and attention to detail to run a classroom smoothly with various academic levels and meet administrative requirements throughout the school year.Planned and implemented the School Improvement Plan to boost the academics present at the school, seeking to motivate and better prepare students for the next grade level.Created the safest and caring environment for each student to excel.Developed and incorporated new methods to present information to students and provide fun ways for students to learn. Promoted sportsmanship to students as the head volleyball coach and an assistant basketball coach.

Saint Joseph Grade School

Developed the skills necessary to run a classroom fluidly, through being involved in committees, teams, and professional developments. The Common Core Standards were used to assess students for report cards, progress reports, and general classroom assessments of progress. Introduced students to the Catholic faith through Bible stories and learning about each Liturgical Season.

Granger, Indiana

Used strong communication and marketing skills and ability to work with people, especially in teams. Worked as a member of the floor set team, displaying new merchandise throughout the store and windows.Associate of the Month: December 2010 and August 2011
