I am an Information Technology Manager in a hybrid environment.My team and I are responsible for disaster recovery, cyber security, data management, networking systems, asset purchasing and tracking, software purchasing, licensing compliance, printers, phone systems, and technical support and training for both local and remote employees. I research, recommend, and deliver solutions and process improvements across multiple departments regularly. We are currently working on solutions to better support remote workers securely which enables the company to hire people with desirable skill sets that are in short supply locally.Through continuous training, I quickly learn new skills to keep up with the ever-changing world of technology and encourage my team to do the same. Implementing new processes and tooling to increase efficiency and security of the company is a top priority.
