I was in charge of Catering and Events for Beyond Juicery + Eatery and Detroit Wing Co. For both brands, I developed a comprehensive catering program that included new menu items with updated pricing, training manuals, job aides and new packaging. I also introduced EzCater to the brand as a catering platform to help track catering sales, prospecting leads as well as get incremental sales through the marketplace. I also booked and executed events for the Beyond Juicery Food Truck. I was the main point of contact for all events, ordered product, produced reports, managed labor and hired.

- Oversee sales, operations and marketing for the catering department for 6 stores located in southeast Michigan accounting for over $1M in sales for 2015, on track to do over $1.3M in 2016- Doubled Black Friday Catering Event vs 2014 by $40k; exceeded 2015 goal by over $10k - Recruit, train, and mentor up to 6 catering coordinators - Continued prospecting for new clients as well as fostering relationships with existing clients by continued evaluation of current programs- Collaborate with the store general managers to create catering sales goals and action plans to achieve- Work closely with district manager to evaluate current catering operations and goals; collaborate with all stakeholders to establish best practices.
