I have over 30 years experience consulting, and coaching senior leaders through strategic business transformations and culture shifts driven by changes in leadership expectations, increasing client or customer demands, technology implementations, and organizational growth and restructuring. My track record for strengthening leadership impact and effectiveness, and inspiring employees to embrace new ways of engaging is grounded in managing and consulting across a broad set of functional areas including: Business Strategy and Operations, Research and Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Advocacy, and Human Resources. A native to Silicon Valley, I hold a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
