LatinaVIDA is a 501c(3) organization dedicated to developing the next generation of Latina executives across all sectors. In today's fast paced and competitive work environment, the journey to become a leader requires Visibility, Identity, Determination, and Action--VIDA! Our signature program "LatinaVIDA™Rise to the Top" is a unique learning experience designed by Latinas with senior executive experience who want to share their experiences with Latinas who are 3 -5 years into their careers. This is a half day or full day interactive workshop experience for a select number of Latinas eager to develop executive presence, authentic power, and a career strategy that positions them for career success. Each seminar can be followed up by on-line or in person coaching sessions and all participants become part of a supportive on-line community to continue to network, collaborate and support each other's efforts.
