The Order Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships by providing the highest level of service to both internal and external customers. They will be accountable for processing all customer orders (phone, fax, e-mail, eProcurement) in an accurate and timely manner. The Order Management Specialist must also assist in addressing any order issues, managing priority orders, and assisting with post shipment concerns.
