MDCPS offered the Full Circle Paraprofessional Program to high school graduates that are interested in the education career field. Able to have hands-on experience while preparing for the ETS ParaPro Exam.Other duties included:· Supported students throughout academic instruction and assignments.· Assist students with learning and understanding class materials, providing additional expiations when needed.· Prepared lesson materials, bulletin board displays, exhibits and demonstrations to assist teachers in classroom preparation.· Handled clerical duties, managed classrooms and coordinated documents for teachers.
