In my current role I'm developing amd executing the internal communication strategy for SThree DACH, aligned with our business goals, mission, vision and purpose working closely with the regional leadership team. I am reviewing and optimising content, implementing new channels as well as improving existing ones. I am also focusing on communicating our strategic direction as a business and fulfilling our promise of being a transparent employer. My key focus at SThree was to develop and deliver communication and employer brand marketing strategies across our five main regions globally to attract and retain the very best talent for SThree. To make this happen I project-managed and created SThree's first Employee Value Proposition (EVP).My team and I were also collecting, analysing and strategically implementing valuable data from site and social media analytics, our candidate tracking system, performance management tool and Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).Thanks to our EVP, a new strategic marketing approach and other initiatives that played a key role in building a strong employer brand, I was recognised by my SThree colleagues with the 'Special Recognition Award 2016'.

This position was all about using Social Media & Marketing activities to attract the right talent to join our constantly growing, diverse and international recruitment teams. I built social media business cases, trained employees and shared knowledge within the business, managed the employer brand content curation, tracked results and ran end-to-end marketing campaigns on platforms such as our careers website, job boards, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Glassdoor, Instagram and Youtube. Thanks to these activities we increased our visibility as an employer of choice, reached a wider and more diverse pool of talent and were for the first time named one of the 'world’s most socially engaged staffing companies'. Together with our Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Design and HR teams, I set up a new employer brand function and social media strategy. I also project managed our new SThree Careers Website with an improved user journey, job search function and customised content.This new website, combined with a targeted content, social media and candidate attraction strategy, led to a 100% increase in hires via our Careers Website in 2016, compared to 2015.

In my role as Marketing & Social Media Manager I led the company's activities in marketing, social media, blogging and newsletter campaigns, including email and content marketing.I operated the company’s blog by writing daily SEO-optimised blog posts, exchanged guest posts and published interviews with experts which led to our website achieving a page rank of 6 and 1000+ unique blog articles being published in 7 languages.On a daily basis, I built and executed effective social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn, which contributed among others to us reaching the 1 million Facebook fans milestone.
