Responsible for acquiring data to support analysis, reporting and ongoing program compliance of assigned areas, with a focus on providing expertise of Mission Services’ programs. Takes lead role in and responsibility for the preparation and completion of external audits including contract monitoring and accreditation reviews, as well as internal auditing including billing, case records, and physical facility safety inspections. Responsible for the overall CARF process, including but not limited to applying for reaccreditation and guiding the collection, maintenance, and analysis of documentation to ensure CARF standards are met.
