Accountable for managing multiple vendor and internal relationships to ensure project meets business requirements while minimizing impacts during the implementation phase; Ensure business is prepared to receive new platform; Communicate changes to internal and external customers; Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of 34 business representatives and external consultants.
