Certified Les Mills instructor. I teach RPM (cycling) and GRIT (high intensity interval training) weekly. To teach effective classes, choreography is memorized and implemented in an energetic and engaging manner. Connections with participants are built, and social media is utilized to promote attendance and retention of participants.

Named 2020 Commerce Middle School teacher of the year and Commerce City Schools District 2020 teacher of the year.Creates and implements a standards-based curriculum to meet the needs of 5 different classes.Develops assessments and utilizes the results to guide instruction and student grouping. Studies and executes Marzano’s research strategies to promote student engagement, achievement, and accountability.Served as mentor, Tanger 5K team captain, and math PLC member. Participated in GA DOE’s summer math institute and Edcamp GA. Coaches the girls' soccer at the middle school, JV, and varsity levels.
