While at APL, I have been working cooperatively between departments to implement a high-fidelity model of the Command & Decision element of the Aegis Combat System. I both designed the algorithm and implemented the code for a correlation service which associates necessary tracks between different sets of radar sources connected through Cooperative Engagement Capability. I worked in a small research team to concurrently develop code and run at real-time speed to create a cohesive model of a combat system. Additionally, I wrote scripts for Linux and Windows operating systems to remove unwanted characters from hundreds of Rhapsody files. My work was documented in a memo I wrote, as well as the four presentations I have given over two summers.
