I think anytime we want to plan out our lives, we should take a moment, sit back, and realize our plans are not always going to prevail. When I was younger, I thought I wanted to be a teacher, then as I got older, I knew I wanted to help people, thus created a couple of avenues to explore, that led me to where I am.I have previous experience working at a bank, a place I never saw myself. Turned out, the banking world was an asset for me and taught me so much about people, work ethic, and ultimately myself, by fostering leadership skills, and the drive to always look at what we could do better. Coordinating the volunteers at a church was a job that pushed me and grew me in many ways. This job was full of passion, hope, and so much fulfillment. I loved the people, I loved pointing them towards Jesus, and I loved planning events and projects that were good for not just volunteers but the church as a whole. SecureGive has taken my love of event planning, leadership, and ministry and molded them all together to create my role as project manager. Our company desires to see every church fully funded, while taking the time to develop top level software. SecureGive is founded by a pastor for pastors, the environment we work in is thriving and ultimately it's an honor to do this job.
