Project Management Specialist

- Execute projects, including but not limited to digital, print, public relations, social media, video production, paid search, analytics, SEO, and new business RFPs for 7+ clients- Develop process enhancements across agency to support the development of multiple SOPs in Workamajig, including stock image purchasing and licensing, daily creative workload (hot sheet), digital routing, opening jobs, creating estimates, entering purchase orders, and scheduling task assignments - Closely manage print production vendors and deadlines for direct mail and collateral for assigned clients- Enter estimates and purchase orders in Workamajig - Receive new project information from clients directly, set up kick-off meetings, write project briefs for the internal team, assign tasks and hours in Workamajig, while also seeing projects through completion - Update client-facing documents and status sheets daily- Assist in QA when needed for creative and website projects- Release station and traffic instructions to external vendors for broadcast - Review and approve freelancer invoices- Route creative projects for review and feedback - Manage daily workload for the agency, with the exception of the media department and resource leveling as needed
