Marketing Communications Project Manager

Responsible for collaborating with the strategic Marketplace Communication Team leaders, Regional Leads, and program peers to manage a world-wide portfolio of projects and business processes aligning to strategic site and organizational goals. Coordinated all aspects of project management and resource allocation including; collaborating on project scope and definition, documentation, and execution for assigned projects. Contributed program input to tracking tools including annual calendars, editorial content calendars, and other tools that define project timelines and resource allocation. Established quantitative and qualitative goals for campaigns and analyzed results to verify if goals were met and how results can be improved on future campaigns. Supported requests from Asia and EMEA regional contacts.• Worked closely with business segments, sales, and distribution partners to understand their needs for sales communications; recommended and executed appropriate sales and resources. • Partnered with CCM leads and business unit teams to support the successful execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and initiative-driven campaigns. • Served as subject matter expert (SME) on program management with Micron on CCM deliverables and processes; provided direction/mentoring and clarity for business unit team members who are requesting support within CCM. • Coached, mentored, motivated, supervised, and provided recognition for program success. • Created, monitored and managed assigned department communication tools and resources; planning and executing product launches, sales tool creation, web updates, and press releases through the partnering of cross-functional teams.
