As of January 2018, Discovery Worldwide merged with Razorfish Health to offer a transformative blend of science, tech and design.My main role is to act as our agency's production lead, ultimately responsible for the delivery of high-quality work that powers client satisfaction, meets business requirements, and balances client and agency economics. I lead a multi-skill (ie online and offline) team of project managers of varying levels, ensuring their training and development meets or exceeds the ever changing requirements that this industry demands.Key responsibilities include:Knowledge - ensuring the PM team utilizes a flexible and collaborative approach; develops and grows their technical and knowledge skill set, develop and retain strong PM talent and operate with accuracy and efficiency.Strategy - reviewing all projects across our various accounts to determine resource and skill requirements and ensure the right resources are cast as needed. I'm also accountable for ensuring the project management department is creating strategic project plans with forward thinking around contingency planning and risk management.Tactics and Execution - helping to optimize both agency services, process improvements, internal resources and collaborating with cross-functional leads to develop stronger internal relationships and elevate team leadership.Relationships - Acting as the client-facing lead on issues related to production and project management and helping to better understand the client's problems and business needs in order to continue to evolve and constantly optimize and develop solutions to meet those challenges.

Digital project management team lead on a major global CPG client. In addition to my project responsibilities, I oversee all digital projects across multiple brand categories in the North American and International markets.Additional job responsibilities include training and mentoring project managers and participating in helping them set goals and providing input into their performance evaluations.
