My position at Schnorr includes the following responsibilities:• Assist customers with identifying which Schnorr product would best fit their needs and /or description. • Providing quotes for standard and custom products.• Processing purchase orders and providing confirmations to buyers.• Monitoring inventory based on usage and customer projections for custom products.• Purchasing stock and custom items from the manufacturer and plating vendors, and receiving these items in to our ERP system. • Tracking incoming freights from the manufacturer and plating vendors to ensure customer delivery dates are being met.• Communicating with the customer on any updates to delivery dates.• Processing quality and regulatory documents and supplier surveys. • Purchasing office supplies and equipment.• Assisting with building maintenance and communication with the property manager or contractors. • Troubleshooting IT problems and coordinating with our network engineer to resolve these problems or to make improvements and updates.

My first position with this company was located in the Reviewer Services Department. This position included assisting in maintaining the online article database for our subscribers and reviewers, and processing outgoing mail for the building. I eventually moved to a position in the Bibliographic Services Department. My responsibilities included collecting cataloging data from mathematical & scientific research journals, copy editing typographical errors and researching & corresponding with authors from several countries.

Customer service & staff manager of two Michigan locations, as well as a regional trainer of new programming for selected franchises of Michigan and Ohio. Responsibilities included assisting in training and conducting reviews of new employees at the Ann Arbor & Canton locations, processing class enrollments and end of day sales. I also lead parent and child interactive classes for gym, art and music.
