- Continuous knowledge of all products and services- Maintaining and updating client databases- Complete weekly stock count of all retail and spa supplies- Managing phone and email bookings for four locations across San Diego

- Balancing POS system during opening and closing shifts, preforming cash/credit procedures- Trusted key holder, armed and disabled security system in the AM/PM- Operating a 4 line phone system and managing company email account- Provide support for a team of over 25 Stylists and Estheticians

- Assisting with set up and breakdown of treatment rooms- Managing office and spa supply stock levels, ordering supplies when necessary- Social media and blog content creation and management, implementing strategies to achieve participation and meet performance targets- Participating in meetings with vendors to maintain an up to date knowledge on retail and spa services

- Managing 3 line phone system and email bookings for 2 locations- Educating customers on company standards and services- Meeting retail sales goals- General maintenance of salon facilities
