Having spent over 10 years in Public Policy roles supporting multi-agency committees/partnerships and integrated services I have an extensive track record of engaging positively with a diverse range of stakeholders; including service users (adults and children), operational staff and managers, and senior managers and leaders across the statutory and voluntary sector. Focused on continuous improvement I have substantial experience of identifying areas for improvement through self evaluation, constructively challenging partners to engage in the improvement process, and supporting their engagement and participation to achieve meaningful changes that positively impact on outcomes for vulnerable children and adults. I have excellent communication skills and am committed to working in a collaborative way, taking into account the needs of all participants and creating a range of opportunities for meaningful dialogue and respectful challenge.
