Duties included but were not limited to:Preparation and execution of various legal documents, filing, terminology, legislation,bylaws, customer service, court proceedings, dictation, training, leadership,reconciliation, correspondence, data collection/entry, record verification, manualpreparation, scheduling, reports, problem solving, diplomacy, confidentiality,collecting and controlling evidence/exhibits and administering oaths- Answering inquiries from the general public regarding judicial procedures, court appearances, trial dates, adjournments, outstanding warrants, fines etc.- Organize and record all exhibits/evidence and ensure the security of exhibits (for example, money, drugs, weapons, firearms)- Preparation of courtroom and electronic/recording equipment- Read the charges and related information to the Court- Amend charges and other pertinent information when necessary and endorse the files - Swearing in witnesses, interpreters and accused etc- Record final dispositions- Prepare documents that record the outcome of proceedings and prepare orders of the Court including probation orders, release documentation, sentencing information etc
