Producing document templates will ease the need to continuously recreate that standard letter; a paragraph that you use often can be saved and inserted into documents, as and when needed without the use of the 'cut and paste' method. Forms are an excellent way of collating information which can be used for eg audits, orders, and checklists and even standard information can be provided to a colleague to extract relevant details to create a letter, database, product, or even a training programme. Ensuring that the team are on track to the meet the deadline. Pulling together the details of the event by liaising with the printers to have posters produced and booking the necessary rooms together with refreshments and ensuring the room is laid out correctly.
