- Business partner for Finance and IT group. Duties include performance management, employee relations, discipline and assistance with salary planning process for ~25 employees. - SAP HR Key User. Duties include assist with questions from other HR associates and complete mass file loads as required. In charge of accurate and timely data for hourly personnel at three locations. - System administrator for Learning Management System. Utilizing Adobe Captivate to load eLearning content for entire SBU and assist other locations with LMS or training related questions.- Labor Relations for three locations. Assist with hiring, job posting, discipline process, layoffs, drug testing and terminations for hourly personnel including a Unionized site.- Support ergonomics project with Safety department at local plant. Coordinate meetings, provide data and updated job demand analyses with operations and safety.- Lead merit cycle for hourly employees at three different locations. Review compensation structure, communicate with managers on data and load wage increases to SAP HR. - Administer Union discipline process, job posting and movement process.- Participate in recruiting fairs for Operations.- Safety glasses administration for Union employees.- Coordinate LMS (take notes and manage action items).- Administer alcohol and drug testing processes.- Assist and support Human Resource function, including remote locations.
