Online Shopping Manager
Current-Successfully opened two new Online Shopping Departments governing all aspects of department layout, shopping pattern, equipment inventory, total team hiring and training, and customer acquisition.-Oversee the full-cycle recruitment of all Online Shopping associates, including sourcing and interviewing applicants, solid completion of the 4-week training program, and conducting performance evaluations.-Coordinate staffing and schedule creation for 45 internal company shoppers and leads.-Continually review historical data, industry trends, seasonal changes, and customer feedback to develop effective and efficient scheduling and strategies.-Identify high-performing talent and develop into lead Online Shopping roles or expanded roles in other departments to increase employee retention and opportunity.-Resolve in-depth customer inquiries; identifying any areas of improvement in order to reduce customer concerns, minimize shrink, and retain business.
