About Kathryn Farley

I am an international development professional with 14 years of experience in gender and human rights. Inspired by the resilience, innovation, and commitment of women to improve life for themselves, their families, and their communities, I am deeply committed to women-centered change. Before joining Corus International, where I currently serve as Senior Manager, Global Program for the USAID-funded MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience Project, I was Director of Programs at Solar Sister, where I managed their Innovation Hub and was responsible for designing, managing, and iterating upon all new pilot programs to help women entrepreneurs build, sustain, and grow clean energy businesses. Prior to that, I spent 8 years at the International Center for Research on Women, where I conducted research on women’s reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, stigma and discrimination, child marriage, and women’s economic empowerment, with an emphasis on clean energy and entrepreneurship.
