I work directly with external clients (project managers, researchers, etc), as well as internal research team to manage project requests, gather all necessary information for the study and assign to a UX Project Coordination within our team.Some of my daily responsibilities will consist of:•Being the main point of contact for incoming study requests from clients, client inquiries, and client escalations•Providing pricing quotes to the client for study requests•Gathering all necessary data from the client before beginning the study•Allocation of projects to members on the team, and keeping a close watch on their progress throughout the study lifecycle to provide support as needed•Assist UX Project Coordinators with kick-off calls with clients•Recognizing when changes in the project scope facilitate a fee and manage fees•Keeping organized files on each member on your team and the projects that they are working on•Assessing team members metrics at the end of the study to ensure accuracy•Responsible for proper data entry of project details into a spreadsheet•Being a prominent member of the leadership team, and presenting in team/org meetings•Work with other members of the leadership team on initiatives•Monitor/manage the training of new hires on the recruiting team and assist the trainers as needed•Lead OnBoarding with New Hires on the Recruiting Team•Manage my direct reports and meet with them weekly•Set up and run Interviews with potential candidates for our team
