• Provide employees with parking pass applications, instructions and validation.
• Communicate with Facilities Team for work order requests and any employee needs surrounding maintenance and repair

• Support 10-15 teams in the building as needed
• Help an average of 40 visitors a day check in for meetings and interviews
• Manage Outlook calendars and scheduling for 60+ conference rooms within Microsoft’s Bellevue location
