During my tenure at Spring I’ve driven technology implementation including Ironclad and Jira/Confluence, improved our accruals process for outside counsel, facilitated tracking of team metrics to report KPIs/OKRs, and collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.

I built out the Legal Operations function at Meetup from scratch including implementing new processes for both vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle management as well as researching and onboarding new legal software vendors. I improved cross-functional relationships by communicating clear expectations and shortening team response times. I also served on the leadership team of the Women of Meetup ERG.
