My mission is to guide individuals on their journey to reconnect with themselves, providing them with the tools to face life with resilience and build a path to their well-being.In each session, I blend warmth, empathy, creativity, and respect to create a collaborative space. I believe we are two individuals working as a team to explore life from new perspectives and find effective solutions.My specialties include anxiety disorders (generalized, separation, phobias, panic attacks, and social anxiety), obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD, body dysmorphic disorder), and trauma-related disorders.
