I have also developed strong servant leadership skills with our stakeholders through many different programs that I have run. The leadership of these programs has included evaluation of programming as well as working with stakeholders, managers, and grant coordinators to expand programming. This has also included managing the budgets and grant dollars for programming. My management of community programs highlights my capabilities to develop strong relationships, build teams and interact with partners in the community. My educational background, work experiences, and work ethic, provide a solid base for developing and implementing curriculum, building, and developing a diverse team, managing all aspects of programming, developing strong working relations with school districts and stakeholders.
