The Administrative Coordinator is a vital link in supporting our mission of providing environmental and agricultural educational programing and experiences to children and adults.This position:• Requires computer skills, being a detailed oriented and motivated team member with strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Requires the ability to multi-task and work with numerous individuals, including staff and volunteers, while remaining true to the priorities and tasks lined-out in this job description.• Like all SEC positions, this position answers only to the Executive Director but has a high degree of autonomy.• Maintains a strong adherence to all responsibilities of this job description.• Will supervise all front desk staff volunteers and outside employees assigned to the Front Desk Team.• Will oversee the workload delegation of administrative needs being brought to this position from all other staff members.• Required to be aware of the time sensitivity of all tasks brought to it and set priorities accordingly.• Will provide continuity and cohesion between the administrative needs for programming, development, volunteer management and business management.Many of the duties and responsibilities will be accomplished through the assistance of Stratford's front desk team of volunteers and temporary employees.Duties and Responsibilities: Potential for Shifts in Duties and Responsibilities: This is a dynamic and ever-changing position for a growing non-profit.
