Assist in the end to end case management of ACC injury claims across a number of national organisations. • Engage case management skills in end to end injury claim process. • Manage financial compensation entitlements relating to injury claim• Payroll management- large national employer, manage payroll and weekly compensation payments for all staff currently on claim with ACC.• Determine injury or wellness related needs. Encompassing referrals for medical,vocational, social, compensation and rehabilitation needs.• Stakeholder management- including the claimant, medical, employment, internal stakeholders. • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the ACC Partnership Audit Standards, Client Service Level Agreement KPIs and ACC non work service performance indicators.• Maintain in depth working knowledge of ACC legislative requirements, procedures and technology from WorkAon’s perspective as well as the wider ACC

Delivery of high quality child protection services to children, young people and their families.Specifically, I held the Youth Engagement Project (YEP) portfolio. This involved a caseload of young people residing in youth residential facilities, and those transitioning from care. In addition to the functions of a CSO as outlined on the position description attached, this case load required a substantial level of inter-agency stakeholder engagement and coordination in meeting the care and protection needs.
