Responsible for assessment of changing regulatory environment and establishing policies and procedures company wide to bring operations into compliance, obtaining nationwide debt management licensing, tracking and influencing pending legislative changes, establishing and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies, collaborating on creatives and product collateral to assure compliance with consumer protection laws, dispute resolution, litigation management, and participating as a key member of senior management.
