Managed retail CD and FDIC-insured IRA product portfolio. Managed 160 associates nationwide who sold credit card processing services to small businesses.Led a team to build the Private Bank brand through the creation and implementation of a robust collateral and client communications strategy.

Developed and managed Eastern Carolinas sales territory. Negotiated contracts with large employers to offer NationsBank packaged retail services as an employee benefit.
