Provides training development and presentation services to the ICF Disaster Management Group. This includes course and materials development for projects surrounding disaster recovery in Houston, TX, North Carolina, South Carolina, and coronavirus relief and support in California.

As part of the ICF Business Development Organization, consulted, reviewed, and evaluated business proposals across multiple operating groups. I specialized in preparing for and coaching oral presentations for federal, state, and commercial clients and in reviewing proposals for compliance with requirements. Over 12 years, first as a consultant then employee, much of my work was with ICF's energy efficiency practice, though I continued to support efforts across the company on topics ranging from mission assurance to child welfare and climate change to program management and help desk support. In addition, I both developed and taught training courses on proposal and capture topics.

Designed and developed web-based training for adult audiences. Designed web-based training for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association to familiarize Local Plan affiliates with the benefits available under the Federal Employees' Program. Designed training for the National Institutes of Health to explain basic research ethics standards.

Designed and taught employee classes on operation of all phones in Nextel line. Designed and taught first compnay class for Net mode (web on phone) and basic circuit data course.

Designed computer-based, workbook, and classroom training for such clients as EPA, Mortgage Bankers Association, US Army, California Peace Officers' Standards and Training.

Part of a two-person writing team writing Classline Today, a set of daily lesson plans for teachers that accompanied class subscriptions to USAToday. The lesson plans were written nightly against deadline, following an evening editorial meeting.

Various Defense/threat Projects (1983-1987). While at Quest Research (parent company QuesTech), served as member of the technical staff providing support in areas of chemical/biological defense, threat analysis, and support to joint service committees. As technical writer/editor, co-authored and edited a variety of reports, proposals, and bibliographies, including a technical report on visual deception, published by USAF Wright Aeronautical Laboratory. Wrote the Computer Resource Management Plan (CRMP) for the AN/TRQ-32(V) Team-MATE electronics system. Compiled data and background research in chemical/biological effects and defense and developed information management format for Air Force data base project. Performed open source data collection on Soviet R&D activities and organizations. Participated in scenario laydown of threat missile and other assets for Air Force western European scenario. Conducted line-of sight (LOS) and Battlebook Calculus analysis of Armored Family of Vehicles, including actual calculation of results against time. Managed and supervised inventory project accounting for over $11,000,000 worth of military equipment. Provided organization support to the Joint Directors of Laboratories (JDL) Technology Panel on Electronic Warfare (TPEW), and later Joint Technical Coordinating Committee for Electronic Warfare (JTCG/EW, including data base listing and comparison of programs across the tri-services and briefing preparation..
