 Responsible for the Southwest Region of the UnitedHealth Group’s portfolio, 4 states/174 locations/3,569,966 s.f.; managing space needs and there allocations, handle site audits, and data integrity and reporting. Have also been shadowing Shilio Hoffman (Sr. Portfolio Planning) for 1 ½ years. I am a Six Sigma Green Belt and am assigned/develop to multiple projects a year:- Improved seat audit process – currently underway- Created database where the business could post unwanted space and make it available for others (e.g. like Craigslist for space)- Surveyed and created database for all the furniture type and space standards for all sites are UHG, to aid in determining who qualifies for what.- Security badging project were we evaluated door levels to help screening open door signals. I developed the Real Estate Services Volunteer Committee and am an active member for 10+ events a year.

 Responsible for UHC real estate projects in the field for sites 20,000 s.f. and under, as well as UHC real estate projects and space planning for campus (Minneapolis, Cypress and Hartford). I facilitated the campus liaison training, monthly real estate/financial reporting, occupancy forecasting, service request and work order processing, and BSL training on campus. I also managed the UHC Demand Forecast Tool process. Developed a Reuse Center at the Edina and Minnetonka Buildings, where people can drop-off or find items without having to order new, this was a huge cost save for UHG. I’ve also worked with UHG Legal to develop a process to donate unwanted items to charity, instead of throwing them away.  Wrote and maintained the business continuity/disaster recovery plan for the Edina and 9700 Buildings and worked with the City of Edina to develop a corporate process that they shared with other businesses in Edina.  Co-chair of the MN Community Action Council since its inception in 2007. The UHG’s Volunteer Committee that develops, designs, and implements all UHG’s Minneapolis volunteer events (44 each year). I logged the most volunteer hours for UHG.
