Manage and facilitate the Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) process within each department of the University (School of Medicine) and requested departments at affiliate hospitals throughout Maryland and Saudi Arabia. Provide the departments with new record keeper training, annual training sessions and refresher training periodically throughout the year (cycle). Assist with completion and submission of CME applications for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians and non-physician credits. Monitor faculty (presenter/speaker) global disclosures daily to ensure compliance and oversee the process of peer review, when necessary. Ensure that presenter disclosure and commercial support information is communicated (verbally or in written format) to participants for each program prior to the start of the education. Conduct random monitoring of RSS activities, both live and via live streaming or enduring materials. Manage the RSS required documentation in CloudCME® by ensuring compliance of the regulations of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the University policies, procedures, and guidelines with each accredited activity.

Planned, coordinated, implemented, managed, and evaluated all aspects of a variety of medical conferences, seminars, and workshops, including hands-on and skills-training, distance education, on-line enduring materials, and other innovative and interactive formats for CME Credit and other ancillary credit for healthcare providers throughout the world. Cooperated with academic departments, internal divisions, agencies, and outside organizations, including pharmaceutical and device companies and accrediting boards to provide up-to-date clinical and research information to improve healthcare professional's knowledge, skills, attitudes, behaviors, and the clinical outcomes for their patients, the public, or the profession.

Operated Down and Distance/Scoreboard for all Baltimore Ravens football home games and other special events and activities at M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, Maryland.

Served as the primary contact for all assigned groups during pre-convention planning and on-site, including all meeting requirements, rooming lists, VIP amenities, billing requirements, arrival and departure patterns, and transportation. Specialized in the area of finalizing meeting details and servicing those convention accounts that have been assigned to them. Responsibilities included planning, coordination, and revenue management of all hotel meetings and city-wide conferences and conventions.

Sheraton Inner Harbor Took incoming calls and inquires for corporate, national sales, city-wide conventions affiliates, and small meetings with without 50 guest rooms or less, catering/wedding rooms only blocks, and special events. Managed all logistics from set-up of room block and/or meeting space in Delphi reservation system. Prepared banquet event orders and attended daily sales and BEO meetings, and prepared resume for weekly staff meetings.

Served as the department liaison and corporate sponsorship coordinator, including fulfilling components of corporate sponsorship agreements: game day promotional events, magazine advertising, broadcast advertising, game day tickets, game day suites, and corporate and public events. Worked directly for the Vice President of Marketing and along side the Marketing Sales Managers during the transition from Memorial Stadium to Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Operated Gameday Scoreboard for major league baseball home games and events at Memorial Stadium.

Provided support to the Directors of Community Relations/Orioles Productions with gameday duties in addition to full time duties in the department of CR/OP.
