Currently catering for 400 children and managing 2 schools. I manage a team of 6 and am responsible for all Admin, stocktakes, H&S, safe guarding, training, cooking, cleaning, risk assessments, ordering, etc. We also operate as a training kitchen. I am a district trainer, training and coaching all new managers joining Twelve15 to train with myself in all aspects of management before moving onto their designated kitchens within our area.

Was actively responsible for the meeting the sales targets of the 5 properties that I looked after, thus being the Hampshire, Leicester Square (is currently now the Londoner hotel) Berkshire, Sussex, and mercer street hotels. Then moved to the newly refurbished Mercer street hotel in Covent Garden to increase sales for this new property. Was awarded head of department and was nominated for the chairman’s award. Finally located to our Heathrow hotel (469 bedrooms and 43 meeting rooms) to co- manage the sales team and increase revenue.

We were responsible for up to 1000 children per day that were in the boarding establishment at the school. Feeding them breakfast, lunch and dinner.
