Implementation of the risk management process for a contract performing systems engineering for a customer. Consult, collect data, monitor and report top level concerns at a group levelEstablished working relationship with the customer risk points of contact, managers and stakeholders. Provided coordination and administrative support to TASC's Business Development team for a large capture for a follow on contract. Resume lead for a large proposal to provide systems engineering to a customer. Lead for small business set aside proposal where sixty resumes were selected and formatted per the Statement of work. Provided administrative and research skills in support of various smaller captures. Lead Coordinator for the Division for the 2011 GEOINT Symposium.

Provided Enterprise Risk Management support as a Risk Analyst for a government contract. Facilitated risk assessments and provdied clear communication of customer's enterprise level risks to senior officials. Facilitated, coordinated and served as Secretariat for the monthly government led Risk Board. Training Lead for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Team. Coordinated over 45 classes and assisted in training over 1,000 government and contractor employees. Implemented a Risk Orientation online course. Selected as TASC Section Manager of the Schedule Mangement Section in March 2011. As such, I worked with employees to ensure they had meaningful work; recognized their accomplishments and provided documentation resulting in their receipt of TASC awards. Helped develop their career goals and align their work accordingly. Confronted all personnel management issues in a timely manner.

Provided support on TASC's winning proposal for the Enterprise Engineering contract. Provided administrative support to a Department Manager and one-hundred technical and managerial personnel. (2002-2003) Provided administrative support to a Program Manager of a 400 plus contract. (2001) Provided administrative, logistic, account budgeting and payroll, human resources, meeting management, customer interface, security and program management support to a Business Unit Director and staff of one hundred fifty technical and mangerial personnel (1998-2000) Provided security support to numerous large customer meetings. (1998-2001)

Specialized in providing employee relocation assistance and new employee training. As part of the TASC Recruiting Team, coordinated interviews for executive level candidates such as, Business Development, Vice Presidents, and Directors.
