With extensive experience in office administration and management, project management, meeting and event planning, marketing, and real estate, I bring a versatile skill set to any role.In my recent role as Special Assistant to the CEO at YWCA USA, I sharpened my project management skills as Project Lead for the 68th United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), which convened in New York City in March 2024. This role demonstrated my strong project management skills, while also serving as administrator and focal point to the United Nations. During a 5-month planning period for this international event, I successfully led a team in planning and executing all aspects of participation of delegates, panelists, and guests including delegate participation in the CSW sessions and side events, as well as organizing a welcome reception and fireside chat and reception. Overseeing tasks from conception to post-event analysis, my responsibilities included management of project planning within set deadlines, scheduling, resource allocation, logistics such as site visits, venue selections, catering, and accommodations; as well as budgeting, contracting, communications, and digital documentation and presentations. I am now seeking a new opportunity where I can apply my diverse expertise and passion for impactful work.
