Led quasi-experimental quantitative and mixed methods impact evaluations, using causal methods to measure impact and effectiveness of Compassion’s child and youth development programs. Served as Principal Researcher on four quasi-experimental impact evaluations involving participants and counterfactual youth aged 15-18 years using PSM and regression analysis in STATA; launched Compassion’s program redesign effort, developing more effective program model.
