Led efforts to reduce human risk by strengthening awareness of effective cyber security practices. Managed the global phishing program that delivers monthly phishing simulations to employees. Created content and delivered mandatory annual cyber security training to employees. Developed cyber security communication campaigns to engage with employees at various levels.

Managed the current security compliance courses and procedures, and create training content for in-person training opportunities. Provided support and guidance to the Cyber Security Ambassador Program, and built relationships within the business units. Delivered regular phishing simulations to the company, and provided additional educational trainings as needed.

Managed the IT Apprenticeship Program by overseeing overall career development and IT rotations of apprentices and guiding them into a successful career path. Developed and produced CIO content for various internal and external communication channels. These deliverables included magazine articles, award essays, interviews, external conference presentations, internal executive presentations, and various IT Division employee communication.

Oversaw and created the IT Performance Scorecard by working with IT Administration in understanding current metrics and making metric recommendations where necessary, working with analysts and consultants to deliver the most complete and accurate data, and building a framework that meets the needs of business leadership and Senior Management that is consistent with the current Administrative Operations Performance Scorecard. Supported team by performing as back up of updating monthly Internal Operations report which includes key U.S. financial, operational and retention metrics

Responsible for company’s daily cash management process, including managing all corporate bank accounts, providing liquidity through the company’s $3.0Billion Commercial Paper program, and executing investment transactions for excess capital. Led team to revamp daily cash management processes by revising manual processes through expanding use of Treasury Workstation, resulting in automated processes, enhanced reporting for internal clients, and effective cash forecasting strategies to meet monthly benchmarking goals.

Analyzed $5 million in annual bank service charges for billing discrepancies and following through with banks to eliminate errors. Acted as backup Cash Manager with responsibilities of $100-$500 million in daily cash operations by forecasting all incoming and outgoing cash flows, reconciling transactions and determining final cash positioning for investment on an as needed basis.

Worked on various projects that supported the commercial side of the bank. Projects included producing monthly financial reporting for senior management, acting as project coordinator for acquisitions, managing in house sales applications, and implementing new sales incentive plan.

Analyzed financial statements to determine credit risk involved in making loans and/or extending credit to customers and prospects.
