This company provides consultative services with organizations who provide a variety of services and supports (administrative, residential, case management, day services, etc.) to people who may have intellectual and developmental disabilities, people with mental illness, and people with physical disabilities. The overall outcome for services for this company is to provide an improved quality of life for people. My experience involves over 35 years in the field of disabilities. I have good interviewing skills and have expertise with training in various areas of need for organizations as well as with facilitating and mediating many areas of needs/supports/services. In the past few years, I have provided training to Board of Directors regarding mission and values and other areas of need. I work part-time with Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL). I travel nationally and internationally to assist with promoting and facilitating excellence in person-centered services and supports that lead to increased quality of life for people. CQL Accreditation works for all human service organizations, including those supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, people with mental illness, older adults and people with physical disabilities.

Coordinated Agency Contract Licensing Compliance according to SC Disabilities and Special Needs Standards, Waiver Standards, Federal Regulations, State Regulations and Administrative Standards for over 1000 people served by the organization. Performed Licensing Inspections of 60+ homes every 6 months to ensure life, health and safety factors were in compliance at all times for people living in residential homes; Supervised the activities of the Staff Development and In-service training department for over 350 employees; Chairperson of Risk Management Committee and reviewed and analyzed data regarding all aspects of the agency to include safety, alleged abuse and critical incidents, staff turn-over, consumer falls, quality improvement, compliance with training, etc.
