Developed and maintained a distribution model to distribute funds received across the physician and specialty practices. Supplied physician practices with updated lists of ePass participants and eligible office visits for reimbursements.• Adhoc data extracts and mini-projects as needed to support the PCP offices and help them improve predefined clinical standards, meet fiscal year incentives and comply with required government submissions. Projects included NCQA Tobacco Use and NCQA Pediatrics data extracts, Discharge to Office Visit statistics, Patient Portal Verified Email Percentages, Referral Reconciliation, and bi-weekly reports on Flu Vaccination. -

PowerMHS runs on the AS400 platform, and includes all aspects of claims processing, such as claims adjudication and payment, group and member enrollment, provider demographics and contracts, and financial reconciliation. Personally created over 200 SQL reports and extracts in 2009; team delivered 1600+ reports in 2009. Interacted with business clients at all organizational levels in order to clarify requirements. Consulted with business clients to define and clarify technical requirements for custom reports in support of the major Claims Adjudication system. Developed and/or modified the technical specifications for 40 reports, including 14 new programs. The reports provided key information for member enrollment validation, vendor inquiries, financial reconciliations, and government and/or audit mandates.Developed and executed project plans to modify reports in support of corporate events affecting the Claims Adjudication system, including two (2) system version upgrades, and a Data Center relocation. Over 350 production reports were verified for each event. No system interruptions were experienced. -
