I am responsible for the following:All company invoicing ~ with great accuracy.Accounts Receivable/Collections - keeping all customers current in their payments and resolving any issues that are holding up payments. I have built a great working relationship with our customers. Accounts Payable ~ processing of all vendor invoices ~ also responsible for paying all invoices accurately and on time. Purchasing ~ I order equipment and products for our customers. I act as the liaison between our customer and vendors when problems arise with an order.Process and pay all employees expense reports.Balance the American Express invoice each month with over 25 different cards on the account.Balance the checking account each month for TEGG and CurrentSAFE.Prepare quotes/proposals.Experience with both Great Plains and COINS accounting software.I love the interaction with our customers - I feel I am very good at customer support and relations.I also have experience in finding and qualifying leads for our customers.I work well independently or with all disciplines. I am detailed-oriented, and very good at multi-tasking.
