In my role at MidFirst Bank, I was the dedicated BA/PM for one of their largest home-grown applications. As a subject matter expert of the application and the related business unit processes, I was directly involved in the SDLC of a high-profile business system that contributed substantially to the income, success, and growth of the organization.
